By purchasing or using a Brittney Aesthetics Product Gift Card, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Use of Gift Card

·       Gift cards are redeemable only for products (not services) sold at Brittney Aesthetics online.

·       Gift cards cannot be used to purchase additional gift cards.

·       Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, except as required by law.

2. Expiration & Fees

·       Gift cards do not expire.

·       No service fees or maintenance fees will be charged against the balance of any gift card.

3. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards

·       Please treat your gift card like cash. Brittney Aesthetics is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged cards or unauthorized use.

4. Balance Inquiry

·       To check your balance, please contact us directly at [insert business phone or email].

5. Limitations

·       Gift cards are not transferable for resale.

·       Brittney Aesthetics reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit the use of any gift card suspected of fraudulent activity.

6. California Law Compliance

·       In accordance with California law, if your gift card balance is less than $10, you may request a cash refund upon presentation.

7. Modifications

·       Brittney Aesthetics reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without notice, as permitted by law.
