Brittney Thomas is the heart and vision behind Brittney Aesthetics. As a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, she blends medical expertise with an artistic touch to create results that are subtle, refined, and uniquely tailored to each client.
Her journey in aesthetics began with a passion for helping people feel confident in their own skin. Today, she’s recognized for her gentle technique, advanced training, and dedication to patient safety. Brittney’s approach is rooted in listening—she takes the time to understand your goals, answer your questions, and guide you through every step of the process.
When she’s not in the treatment room, Brittney is continuously advancing her skills through education and industry training, ensuring her clients always have access to the latest, most effective treatments.

Dr. Patrick Blake brings a wealth of expertise to Brittney Aesthetics as our Medical Director. A board-certified dermatologist, national speaker, and trusted industry educator, Dr. Blake is dedicated to advancing the field of aesthetics through both clinical excellence and professional mentorship.
His career spans prestigious institutions, including the Cleveland Clinic and the National Institutes of Health (NIH), where he honed his skills in dermatology, research, and patient care. As a participant in Galderma’s GAIN program, Dr. Blake has contributed to the development and dissemination of best practices in injectable treatments and skin health.
Passionate about supporting the next generation of wellness leaders, Dr. Blake is committed to fostering a safe, ethical, and compliant aesthetic industry. His collaborative approach ensures that every treatment performed under his guidance meets the highest standards of safety, artistry, and patient satisfaction.

Barbie Acevez is the welcoming voice and friendly face clients meet when they connect with Brittney Aesthetics. As our Patient Care Coordinator, Barbie ensures every step of your experience—from booking your appointment to post-treatment follow-up—is smooth, stress-free, and personalized.
In addition to managing the front desk and scheduling, Barbie also leads our marketing and social media presence. Her creativity and keen eye for aesthetics help share our brand’s story online while keeping clients informed, inspired, and engaged.
Barbie is also on her own exciting journey—she’s an aspiring nurse with plans to follow in Brittney’s footsteps, combining her passion for aesthetics with her dedication to patient care.
