All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Nationwide shipping within the U.S. is available.
International shipping is currently unavailable.
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Local pick-up is available Tuesday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM (hours subject to change).
Orders must be paid in full before pick-up.
You’ll receive an email or text notification once your order is ready for pick-up.
Please bring your confirmation email and a valid ID when collecting your order.

Returns or exchanges are accepted for full-priced products only that are unopened and in their original packaging.
All requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale or discounted items are considered final sale.
