FAQ’s

    • All orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

    • Nationwide shipping within the U.S. is available.

    • International shipping is currently unavailable.

    • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

    • Local pick-up is available Tuesday–Friday, 10 AM–5 PM (hours subject to change).

    • Orders must be paid in full before pick-up.

    • You’ll receive an email or text notification once your order is ready for pick-up.

    • Please bring your confirmation email and a valid ID when collecting your order.

    • Returns or exchanges are accepted for full-priced products only that are unopened and in their original packaging.

    • All requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.

    • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or exchanged.

    • Sale or discounted items are considered final sale.

    • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact usat barbie@portraitspa.com  with your order number and reason for return.
